Since I've streamed with OBS, high ping?

About a year ago I got new internet (from 10k line to 175k line) and then 4-5 months ago I tried to stream. Everything was fine

BUT then my ping in Fortnite and Valorant got worse after 6-8 streams from! 10 ping! To! 35-40 ping!

that's not normal, I've tried everything: pull out the internet router, try lan cable and Wi-Fi which is better, wait 5 minutes after stopping the stream so that obs has a long time to finish

but everything didn't work, can I somehow set my internet back to the beginning or do you have solutions?
