What can I do if the ping is too high in Fortnite?

I have a problem.

Since a friend was with me, I've had a ping that is way too high in Fortnite and sometimes I can't even get into FN.

For example, if I I do a test on speedtest.net then I have a ping of 30 but in Fortnite European servers have a ping of 300. The ping remains at 20 - 30 during the speed test.

So in reality I'm the friend and in the end it was a loose sata cable… So if the ping goes back to 1000 it is enough to kick against the PC.
