High ping for weeks?

For weeks I have no preference in which game (Black ops 3 / Black Ops 4 / CS: GO / Fortnite / …) always a much too high ping say 100-120 despite lan cable.

I have already restarted the router many times. When I was not high ping I always had a 4-8 ping no matter what game.

Just call your provider and ask. May be that a disturbance in your street is and that fix that for the days
