for three weeks I've always pinged 120 or higher (it's the ping of playkey app and not of fortnite)

The DNS server has nothing to do with your latency, so not here.
The problem could be that this 3rd PArty provider goes via server in Russia (I have called some country), and that's why your latency is so for the popo…
Why are you playing this 3rd party cloud? Maybe you can solve that else
Try it without this gaming cloud, so just start in the Epic Games Launcher and start playing PC 👍
Look in Fortnite on which server you have set. Maybe you accidentally put on NA or Brazil or something.
