I like to gamble, only my ping makes it unbearable. I usually have a 50-80 ping, only my ping is not constant in this range. He likes to go up to 150 or higher, he was just up to 1100 which is really bad with a very ping based game like Fortnite.
I'm currently at the Internet provider Drei (one of the largest in Austria) have a Drei Duolink, so my router is connected via landline and mobile at the same time. I also connected a LAN cable to my laptop. I have a slightly larger family (father, mother, 4 siblings) but shouldn't be the biggest problem with 150 MBit / s download and 20 MBit / s upload.
I would do a speed test, my friend also has a 3 router. You can do that in my area e.g. Forget (Upper Austria) Although there's 4G everywhere, the router does not function as it should if there are 2 users at the same time. (Exactly the same problem with the ping) The internet speed is too low. Before that, my buddy also had an A1 cellphone router, which worked even worse until not at all. Unfortunately I can't say more, I haven't had a good experience with the mobile routers yet.
