130 ping despite LAN cable but only with Black Ops 4?

Well, I have a long Lan cable and everything works well, have more stable Internet through the Lan Kabe than with WLAN, at least I have in Fortnite a 30-55 ping and in Black Ops 4 (ONLY BLACK OPS 4 NOT 2 NOT 3 NOT 1 ONLY 4) a 130 ping, my NAT is open and I have the NAT especially synonymous again on Moderate asked to prove whether it is because my question is, is that because of me? Take a DL from a Microsoft server (Windows 10 Image) and check the DL speed.
If that is then in the context of expected to Dl speed, that is not a LAN cable problem but in the range of routers (latency) or provider to look for.
