Fortnite high ping for no reason?

So I have since the beginning of January in Fortnite only high ping spikes so the ping is only between 10-30 then suddenly to 150-400 nobody uses the Internet except me. I do not download in the background or watch what other games like CSGO I have the problem not earlier, I always had a good ping but now… I have already Portfreigaben and so tried everything does not work synonymous over lan and have Dokom 21 Hope someone can help me.
