Can you get Fortnite skins for free through websites?

I've been playing Fortnite for 3 months but I'm not allowed to spend any money and I'm a Free to Play player. That's why I tried different apps and websites that are supposed to be giving away V-Bucks, but none of them worked. Can someone help me because I play really well but I look totally embarrassed when I have no skin.

What are you playing on On the ps4, for example, there are occasional skins and that sort of thing with ps +
