Does the world save less?

I have a MacBookair 2013 and Fortnite is so mediocre and lags sometimes and there I wanted to ask if I save the world hole then it löggt less because yes is single player?

No. It will probably even more lagging, because it does not run on a server, but on your PC. By the way, would not have thought that you get started on a macbook ever a game…
