Finished PCs are scrap at most retailers. Either too expensive or just a completely faulty configuration. In addition, it will be a bit difficult with up to 450 euro, especially an already assembled. About a year ago, I built the following setup myself:

With this setup, I can play all current games fluently until today. A few of these components already have a successor, which I would recommend. The setup cost me about 600 euro. I have assembled it myself. I would still recommend the homemade. It also saves money and it's not that complicated.

For 450 euro you will not get anything, minimum would be 500.
