Fortnite PS4 Pro ping problems?

I hope someone can help me. I have a 200k line from Vodafone and a Fritzbox 6490 Cable and my PS4 Pro is connected with a LAN cable and the PC during the speed test constantly receives 220k and 20k upload. I can well imagine that it is due to the router setting. Does anyone know anything about it? I'm really asking for help, I'm half desperate.

At Fortnite I have a ping of over 100 to 150 or so more and I have packet losses. The Nat type on my PS4 is 2, so it should actually fit.

Anyone have an idea? Would be very very grateful.

Is it a new Lan cable?

I have the same problem with the LAN cable from the PC so it's not because of that.
