PS4 LANPARTY! Are 7Mbits enough for 4 people?

So I want to do a LanParty with 3 friends on New Year's Eve (4 people in total), we would only play Fortnite. We live in the countryside, but would a 7Mbit line be enough? I would put a LAN cable from the wireless router to a switch, could we play laggfrei? Write like suggestions for improvement and thank you for answering!

It depends on the game but it can be that I have 150mbits and over WLAN laggs sometimes.

We play Fortnite and connect the Wlan router with a Lan switch and connect via the switch, then four PS4's.

Well I think Fortnite will not run smoothly for 9mb are not enough
