A friend and I run a Fortnite clan which now includes around 200 games. To bring a bit more excitement into the tournaments, we wanted to play for money. This would run so that every 5 euro-10 euro in a pot throws and from this money at the end of the profits are determined. However, we do not want to pay off all the money as a profit but also to use part of it to buy stickers or record devices because we do not want to pay everything ourselves. This would be said to the participants but before. My question now is: Is it allowed to play for money if the profit does not exceed 200 euro or is it allowed but I have to pay tax on the profit. I thank you in advance.
If you're under 18, you can't do that anyway.
And then there's the question of whether that counts as organized (forbidden) gambling. The parents of the other participants can then sue your parents for release of the paid money.
Are all adults. We would not synonymous with all but only 50 pieces where you know in real 🙂
Oh what the hell wense n 10ner pocket money risk? Make a kind of fiduciary (her) and as a bet bitcoin makes the addresses public so every player can track it (or just post to the players.) And you have to steer safely Pay tax office!
That's a good idea 😉
Edit
You can do that, but keep in mind that no one is entitled to the prize. In terms of gambling, legal quasi applies: "Betting debts are honorary debts".
