Headset for one-sided-dove?

I'm deaf on one side of my ear and play Fortnite a lot on weekends, a game where you often have to listen to where your opponents are. However, if an opponent is to my left, I do not hear it and so I wanted to ask if there's a headset that transmits the sound or something similar.

"Transmits"? On which device do you play? If you're playing on a PC, you can set all the sound to come out on just one side.
