I want to know if I can do something with this ancient PC xD
(Fortnite play fluently…)
But you realize that you can't play current games with this PC, just for 25 euro you should not expect performance at all. Because the title clearly says "Old Gaming PC", and they know exactly what that is. Because mostly you can only play old 2D games with it.
A real good gaming PC you should grab the 700Euro to 1000Euro in the bag. For 25 euro you can't even afford video camera, but at least one MP3 player.
The part has only scrap value.
It was named only the Graka and this 8GB DDR2 Ram.
But no information about the CPU, which would be the most important component.
I'll go for a Core2Duo processor, or an AMD FX CPU.
So: keep away!
But this Geforce G210 is already very slow. Even for undemanding…

The compared Nvidia 8800 GTS 512 I had about 2008 in my Pentium 4 (3.2 GHz) installed.
Currently, an Nvidia GTX 1050ti (4GB) is already considered an obsolete beginner card:

I think there are no more questions left…
Although the 8GB of RAM at times have cost a decent amount of DDR2 times, I'll guess that you can only write letters quite fluently with the part.
If you want to have a computer oldie with whom you can also play something, have a look on Ebay, there are a lot of leasing returns from traders like ITSCO, or second-IT (there's certainly more).
Business therefore, so you have at least one year warranty on used computers.
See that you have at least one i5 with 4 cores and more than 3GHz and buy a used (or new) graphics card.
Even a GTX 1050 is a racehorse against the part that is built into the 25 Euro calculator.
