Mmoga does not process order?

I ordered a gamekey for fortnite from mmoga 2 days ago. Since then the order is processed and I hear nothing. My money has been deposited and the data I have provided is also correct. I have already written 2 e-mails to support, but no one answers. Does anyone know how to recover my money, what I deposited via paysafe card or how to get my gamekey?
