Step 1: Open the project file or the solution file in Visual Studio.

Step 2: Compile.

Step 3: Instead of yelling "it does not work" to yell out the exact wording of the error messages (not something like "there's something from file not found or something…").

Look for a DLL to EXE converter. Very handy and I stand by them. I use them daily to extract and then statically link the libraries.
