I got a really cool microphone for Christmas and now I want to start YouTube. I have a few questions.
Can I record games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Rocketleague, Clustertruck without permission?
And if I need a permit: how do I get it?

Can I record programs like Visual Studio Code and others?
And is it okay if you can see Windows etc. In the recording?
Recording games for Youtube shouldn't be a problem, because why should recording games be prohibited?
The only thing you should pay attention to (if you want to play background music) that there are no copy-protected songs on it. But only royalty free Soungs (like NoCopyrightSongs).
And of course no originals, complete cinema films.
But otherwise I see no problems with recording games for Youtube.

Because of the music: I would take some from the YouTube media library anyway and I won't upload films either. My only concern is that some games shouldn't be shown and that I can't read through 20 EULAs forever. Besides, I don't want to go wrong.
