Can you stream Fortnite with a 2mb / s upload?

I have a 16k line because I live in the village, but Esport is moderately active in Fortnite. I would like to stream to be able to use my high places in the leaderboards. But is this even possible with a 23ms ping, a 12mb / s download and a 2mb / s upload?

But you definitely want to do a few things for your viewers, such as 720p or was free. You need a better internet line for this, but maybe it will work. You can change a lot in the settings.
