Just so I can see it? Doesn't bother me too much now, it can start via the desktop shortcut. I just wanted to know why. I thought it was just a little thing.
So most of the time Fortnite is installed in the Program Files or Programs (x86) folder unless you specify otherwise. If it is installed it must be somewhere in the folders. This means that you can simply enter Fortnite in the search bar on "Your PC", there you should then be shown where. And have a look at the Epic Games Launcher or Wise Epic Games folder.
I found it in the "Program Files" folder (not x86) under Epic Games. I'm just surprised that it doesn't appear in the Windows apps…
I think you have to right click the desktop shortcut and then pin it to Start or something
Unfortunately, there's no option. With other programs, this is available by right-clicking.
OK funny my last chance would be if there's an option in the launcher for the game fortnite. Otherwise I'm out
Found the bug. Although I was able to play without problems half an hour ago, the launcher now shows that the game needs to be fixed. Since there was not enough space on the SSD, apparently no updates could be installed or something…
