When recording with OBS, Fortnite does not run smoothly so a millimeter delay is almost always there, how can I fix it?

A certain delay is always given.

So if you see your recording in the OBS window a little bit delayed, but the sound and the picture fit in the end, then everything is fine.

You can get a quick preview with better memory or a better processor, but this is completely unnecessary and would probably be barely noticeable.
