Scanned in Fortnite - what to do?

I was scavenged around almost all of my weapons what should I do I can report in fortnite

I guess it was bad luck. If fortnite would want players to trade with each other, they would certainly have developed something for it. But since this is not the case and epic Games has better things to do than to take care of millions of players whose weapons etc have been lost, you probably have bad luck.
