Still pictures in video games?

In the games that I play on the PC, i.e.Call of Duty Blackops 4 and Fortnite, everything always went well, but for a few days now I have often still images in both games and the textures in the game load very very slowly. What can I do against it? Also in Bo4 I'm told again and again that no connection to the blizzard server can be found, but it is not because of my internet.

It can't be on the internet, it only creates lags. Performance was probably raised in one of the last updates. Just try to lower the FPS a bit, or find out on the Internet what requirements you need for certain games. ^^
