I see absolutely no point in the game. Especially since an 11-year-old may not be able to handle it mentally as well as a 14-year-old. Many behaviors could also be memorized, which would not be the best thing for development. But in the end you have to decide for yourself what you want the 11 year old to play.

I played Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2 with 10/11. Fortnite is harmless, BUT it can happen that if you die often you become aggressive. You can often see that in younger players.
