How can you talk to Fortnite Season 11 with your duo partner (PC)?

I have a complete problem in Fortnite Season 11: I can't talk to my fellow players in the lobby or in the round. In the settings of Fn. I have an open call (i.e. Push to talk off). Maybe someone can tell me what I eternally. Do wrong
