Why don't certain tasks go to fortnite?

Hello for the tasks "Scan a hand bearing in different matches" and "Use an upgrade bench to convert a weapon" is always 0 out of 3 for me although I do it all the time. Why? What should I do to make it work

Are you sure you are doing the tasks correctly? When scanning a henchman you have to hold it to such a scanner e.g. The one on the doors or the one on the boxes.
You don't have to upgrade at the upgrade bank. At the beginning I did it wrong.
