Ping good but it lies?

I'm playing Fortnite Creative right now and I have a ping from 0-10, but there's a yellow arrow or a red X all the time, meaning that I supposedly have no internet, my family has good internet everywhere and my hand too but why is the ping with me in fortnite good but it was still, help with someone, thank you in advance
