Practice and learn to press the keys faster. Recognize recurring patterns.
Improve equipment if necessary. Better mouse with more sampling, better switches on the keyboard (linear switches with early triggering), finger exercises before the game, a sip of caffeine and sugar, don't gamble for too long.

Nobody here knows your style of play / your movement / aim, so we can all only guess.
Nobody will be able to tell you more than "practice".
You need the right settings for you, sometimes you have to try something new, which is funny at first but helpful afterwards.
