Otto is the wrong address for this, firstly poorly configured (mostly very outdated components installed) and overpriced! On the Agando, Mind Factory or Rhino Pc pages you can configure your PC individually in a wide variety of price classes. There are also ready-made configurations that can still be edited at will, e.g. The mainboard, the CPU, housing or the graphics card can be exchanged in the configurator.
Agando is just as bad.
What is the maximum cost of the PC?
It actually works, out of interest I had a cheap entry-level gaming pc put together, the desired parts were installed and the PC came to my home in a reasonable time, I rebuilt it a little afterwards and sold it on. However, building it yourself is much more fun (if you have the necessary know-how, of course) and is much cheaper. What I was actually getting at is that Agando is definitely a better place to go than Otto or Amazon.
You won't find any good PCs on Otto. Over and out. Hardware Council, Dubaro and Agando are better. There are (partly) really good offers.

By that I meant that the PCs there are just as badly configured. A little reconfigured, they are still relatively okay.
