Why does Fortnite show that I'm not signed in to the Playstation Network?

On the loading screen, I got the following message, "Unable to sign in to your Playstation Network account. Please try again later."

It's been like this for days.

So far I have restarted the router and Ps4 several times, I'm logged into the Ps4 and updates are all available.

Hopefully someone can help me!

It may be that you do not have an account or you have to send your legal guardian a request so that you can use online. If you have reported younger than 12 then you have to wait.
