Can't find Fortnite Account? - 1

So, my brother has Fortnite on PS4 and really wants to play through the Battelpass… However, we're on vacation for the next few days and now he has downloaded it to his cell phone, but does not come in because he can't find his account… Epic games always says, he doesn't have an account, but doesn't he have one on the Ps4? What can you do there?

Don't know but maybe it has to do with the fact that Fortnite is no longer in the App Store!
Because Epic can't follow the rules.

Maybe call PlayStation Support Germany and ask!

Fortnite was removed from both the Apple store and the Playstore.
