I bought a Fortnite account via Instagram. The seller showed it to me and I was able to log in before. I sent him 50 euro on PayPal. Then he did not block me and of course he changed the password from the account. The seller is somewhere from afar. The PayPal account apparently does not exist anymore.
The money is gone. You can write to the support of the manufacturer and thus ruin the tour, you have the account name.

Is not there a big amount of naivety? Who will buy a Fortnite account where the game is free?
If the PayPal account owner is located abroad, then only PayPal will be able to help you there. Legally, you can't do anything in Germany. It's just bad luck.
