I have an OG Fortnite account, but since I haven't been in it for a long time, I get an email from Epic with a confirmation code. But didn't get any do you know what that could be?
PS: Email is spelled correctly and I also checked the Spam etc!

Then send it to another email or SMS.
Complain to the support and brazenly demand compensation for your long waiting time

If it hasn't been shipped it's a much bigger scam, just ask for compensation

No, of course not. However, this is probably a mistake by the user & even if it is EC, the claim for compensation is absolutely ridiculous.
Rude but it doesn't matter. They can't do more than say: "No, we will not give you any compensation"
He doesn't have to ask, he can politely ask if he can get one
