I get a PC for Christmas and want to play Fortnite on it. However, I have created my account on the Nintendo Switch account and still play there. How can I transfer a Fornite Switchaccount to the pc? Do I just have to download Fortnite on the PC and log in there or do I have to do something else?
First you have to install the epic games launcher there you have a choice of login options ps4, xbox, nintendo, etc. In your case you click on nintendo then you load yourself on the epic games launcher and you have your account on pc and on the switch
Most likely just install the Epic Games Launcher and sign in with your account. The progress should be stored there, the game is indeed cross-platform as far as I know.
You need to log in to Fortnite using your Nintendo account on the PC.
You download the Epic Games Launcher and sign in with your Nintendo account (where you have the option to use your Nintendo account) and then download Fortnite… If you start it then you need to make the same progress as on your switch to have.
You press options on the game on your Nintendo and press transfer to another device and you will get your acc on pc.
