Fortnite Nintendo Switch Skin on PS4 account?

I have a PS4 account, where my Fortnite account is on it. I'd like to have the Nintendo Switch Bundle Skin now. Since you can also buy it on ebay, so the redemption code, I wanted to ask if you can then synonymous as in my case with Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch can do? How and where do I solve this?
