Fortnite ban what to do?

I was permanently banned from my account in fortnite last week, but I made a different account and if I want to play on it I'm kicked out of the group and then the message comes up, my brother can play normally on his pc.

I need your help? 😔

Basically, it is better not to give a reason for a ban.

If you've got a Perm Ban, you can't do it anymore. Perm Ban means that you can never play Fortnite again.
