Fortnite Is fluid and easily lies why?

I do not have a gaming PC which is why I fornite on low settings everything is ultra fluid (and sufficient for me) however there's a slight delay and it is easily located in certain places or places of the game

For example, the more buildings are there and I stand for example, next to a mountain of which it is easy to lay it is not fatal or bad but strange because otherwise it is very fluid would be glad if someone knows about a response

If Simple is the game I say subjectively: "not well gebalanced is". It's simple, some places do not have more sophisticated textures others do
