60 HZ Monitor FPS?

If I play Fortnite on my 60 HZ monitor and have V sync on, so 60 FOS it feels very fluid. But at around 65-90 FPS, it does not feel more fluid than 60 FPS. From 90-100, it's about as fluid as 60 FPS and the more FPS, the smoother it feels. I would say 120- 150 FPS feel like V sync, so 60. Is that normal?

Your monitor can't exceed 60fps so limit it to 60 but without vsync
