I wanted to play a few rounds of Fortnite with the new tilted and Season 3 feeling, then I downloaded it to my Mac as normal, but then realized. That it was still in an old season when it was still normal Salty and so on. There's no Battle Pass either, and I couldn't play with friends because my version was too old.
Is that because Apple banned Fortnite from their stores? Because I was able to play on Windows with Bootcamp in the new season, but unfortunately I couldn't connect my controller and the game was unspeakably tagged.
Are there any others with the problem of not being able to play in the new season? I downloaded it several times, 44.6gb which was the old season and it never worked. I think the old season is 29.7gb or so, but I can only download the old version. Why is this and how can I fix the problem?
Yes, that's because of this argument. Updates can no longer come on Apple devices.
Since Apple and Epic Games are currently in a dispute, Fortnite has been banned from the iPhone and iPad App Store. However, since a Mac is also produced by Apple and the App Store also runs on it, you can only play the old version (C2S3). This will go on until Apple and Epic Games come to an agreement again.
