Currently playing on ner gtx 1650 4gb cream and Intel Core i5 9400f, with 16 was cream. I play Fortnite at 120fps, is my system overloaded with it or not, when I'm in Battle Royal my GPU is used to 70-80% and my CPU mostly to 85-90%, and my graphics card is between 75-80'C.

No, you just can't play something at the same time that you don't normally do anyway if it were overloaded then you would simply have less fps
