Problems with win10?

Last week, I bought a new PC and got it last week. Unfortunately I have the problem that I constantly get the error "whea uncorrectable error". I have reinstalled Windows 3 times and quasi tried to "upgrade" Windows 10 by using the media creation tool. This error strangely occurs while playing and installing. I was able to play Battlefield V for an hour yesterday. The installation has needed 6 new attempts because my PC is greased during installation. When I installed and played Fortnite the same thing happened. I have all drivers up to date and the windows updates as well. Since the PC is new, I doubt that there are hardware problems, but of course I'm not sure. The Windows version is 1809. Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the data for my PC.

Did you assemble the computer yourself or get it assembled?

I'm still typing a hardware error, I would just complain about the box. Monday equipment is called something…

Ef

I got it ready assembled. This may of course be a hardware bug, but if I can't find a solution then it will mean I send it back.

When he was done, first of all not even big on it rumdoktorn, complain and good is…

Has the box NEN overclock on the cpu?

if necessary driver error. Just because they are the newest, they do not always have to run perfectly.

alternatively RAM or the mainboard. Maybe the ram in xmp mode and can't off or he is broken?

Co

The error described by you is usually a timing error of the CPU.

Possible causes:

Outdated BIOS
Chipset drivers
Unstable voltages (mainboard defect / power supply defect)
Insufficient Cooling (You also have a very slack Topblower for a very hot CPU)
defective CPU

So BIOS new, driver new, monitor CPU temperatures, change cooler if necessary, improve case ventilation, testweise increase core voltage of the CPU a bit.

EDIT: Complain promptly in finished PC!

I think that has no overclock. How can I look it up? With the drivers, I'm actually sure that they have no problems, I do not know. So if it's a hardware problem then I would send it back anyway.

gl

There's the advantage if you configure the mist yourself and builds. You can always tinker around it and einzenlne modules more effectively check for errors, because you know exactly what is installed and how.

Ef

I was able to play Battlefield V yesterday at its highest level. But such a 500 mb game shoots off directly. Bios and everything is actually up to date. Probably boils down to the fact that I send the pc back.

You have to determine the standard clock of the cpu and see if the reference clock of your cpu corresponds to the standard value. Then you know it ^^

whether it is n hard or software or driver error, you can't say so exactly. "whea uncorrectable error" is the successor of the good old bluescreen… And quite economical with details of the problem. They seem to think that people are always stupid anyway, then you also save the more accurate error information on the page. You have to pop out of the error or crash log. This is of course not so easy for normal users ^^

can therefore be a driver error, but also hardware. If you have no idea of the boxes then leave the fingers off and send it in.
