I recently ordered a gaming PC but I do not know exactly what to buy for a monitor, my friends recommend to buy Monitor with G-Sync from Asus, but they are sauteuer, I heard it would only make sense If you have a strong gaming PC and I do not really know if that is really strong it has RTX 2060 from Gigabyte, Ryzen 5 2600, 16 GB Ram, 256 SSD and 1TB HDD, is it strong enough? The games I want to play are Fortnite, GTA5 Battlefield V and forza horizon 4. Do you actually notice differences from G-sync and without? Or how about freesync that does not matter?

Since FreeSync is supported by Nvidia cards of the series GTX 10xxx to RTX 20xx on January 15th, it makes no sense to buy these expensive monitors from Gsync.
Your friends were certainly not up to date, but that's not bad.
In any case, you can grab the FreeSync monitor without a guilty conscience, which also costs a lot less and you can thus use your card to activate FreeSync technology to prevent tearing.
