I have the MMX300 and somehow I don't hear from Fortnite where the shots, steps, etc. Are coming from. Does anyone know what could be the cause? (I play on console)
There's no 7.1 sound on the console, only with software on the pc. This headset is absolutely not worth it for the Ps4 and is actually just a waste of money.
Do you have the 600 ohm or the 35 ohm variant?

There were no variants to choose from on the side, it is simply the MMX300 not the DT's.
Then it is probably the 35 ohm variant.
This is important to know because the PS4 may not have the power for 600 ohms.
It can be due to the following:
-Volume too low.
-You have a problem with your ears (don't mean angry).
-If there are sound settings, then you may have turned off the treble or steps / shots. (check the sound settings.
Try other games to see if it's the game or the headphones.
The headset also has no virtual 7.1 sound, but stereo.
First of all thanks for your answer. So the volume is pretty good, and my ears too, because I can hear the steps with my old headset. It may be that I have to change the sound settings and I will try how it is with other games.
