Black Screen (Fortnite) what to do?

I just downloaded Fortnite to my PC. When I wanted to play I saw everything only black (see photo). I look forward to every quick and helpful answer.

Yes, it was actually on the graphics card, I have just deleted it completely and reinstalled. The screen is no longer black.
