When playing Fortnite I get a black screen sometimes in the lobby, sometimes in the game. The pc doesn't respond to commands like ctrl, etc. And I have to switch off completely. However, I still have sound during the black screen. The CPU usage is about 70% while playing and has a maximum temperature of 65 degrees. But I do not believe that it is, for example, the overheating of the CPU, because then the pc would go out of his own accord.

Maybe try to start in a lower resolution. It can't hurt and I personally like the 4: 3 resolution (of the feel of the game) anyway.

Look in Event Viewer → Windows Protocols → Applications
