Are there really free cheats for Fortnite?

I'm currently starting to program cheats for games, mainly in C #. I would like some inspiration and a reference like Fortnite as this is my next big project. So does anyone know where I can find free Fortnite cheats that are not infected with an IP logger or other virus?
