With 350 euro you won't get far if you want to play it with good graphics…

For 350 there's a maximum of something with which you can watch YouTube videos in 480p resolution save further
Ps: you can assemble a pc by doing it - it just takes some time to find out how everything works
Even a Raspberry Pi for 50 euro plays YouTube videos in full HD smoothly thanks to hardware acceleration.

A console would probably make more sense for the budget, even though I'm a normal white PC
I was able to play GTA 5 smoothly with my old i5-2500K, a GTX960 and 12 GB DDR3 RAM on normal settings (these are the lowest). Fortnite also went for it.
Nothing works without assembling, would you want to assemble it?
