A GHZ statement alone says nothing at all. The error on DirectX here refers more to a missing software interface (DirectX 11) or - which could not be remedied without changing the hardware - the hardware-side support of the graphics card for this interface is missing.
Downloading new files usually does nothing.
For more specific answers, you would need to know which processor, but above all which graphics card is installed.
Errors with the DirectX system have nothing to do with the WLAN. Rather, that means your system's graphics card isn't strong enough. What kind of PC are you playing on?
