Want to get over 130 fps in Fortnite, can I do that? Play low on a 144 Hz monitor

In the PC I installed:

Ryzen 5 - 1600AF 6-core processor - 3.2 GHz base clock, 3.6 GHz Turbo (new edition of the popular Ryzen 5 1600 in 12nm process)

beQuiet Dark Rock CPU fan

16 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport 2666 MHz (2 x 8 GB)

500 GB NVMe SSD - Crucial P1 (read / write speeds up to 2000/1700 MB / s) - brand new

ASUS TUF Gaming OC 1660 Super graphics card - as good as new, remaining warranty from ASUS

MSI MAG Forge 100R Midi Tower, with viewing window - small flaw on the right side panel, see photo

MSI - B350M PRO - VDH mainboard - BIOS updated, 2000 Ryzen can be installed without any problems - a USB port does not work

Thermaltake Smart RGB 500W PC power supply (80Plus certified, ATX)

Ma

Should work on low

Ky

How is he otherwise?

Ma

The PC is okay, but you can't expect too much from it

Ei

Given the current prices for hardware, I would strike at that price.

The GTX 1660 alone currently costs well over € 300 (more like € 400 + if it's new)

Ky

How much fps could I manage?

Ei

I don't know because I don't play FN. But on YT you can find a lot of videos where the graphics card is tested with FN.

Ma

So if you are not a Fps listener, the one for current games is just a 3-

But for older games definitely a stable 2

Ky

How much fps could I manage in fn

Na

Very good price for the service.

The RAM and the CPU are a bit weak, but the graphics card will be fine for you.

I would estimate you have 60+ fps on Epic settings. You can also play other games well with it.

Ky

And about low?

Na

No idea but yes I think it could be enough for 144hz

Just take a look at tests on the 1660 Super and then subtract 3-6% because of the processor.

Na

For 460 euro you really can't go wrong. The mainboard is a bit old, but when it comes to prices, it's hard to find better deals

Ky

So could I get over 200 fps too?

Na

Yeah, if the benchmark is real
