The PC is okay, but you can't expect too much from it
Given the current prices for hardware, I would strike at that price.
The GTX 1660 alone currently costs well over € 300 (more like € 400 + if it's new)

But for older games definitely a stable 2

The RAM and the CPU are a bit weak, but the graphics card will be fine for you.
I would estimate you have 60+ fps on Epic settings. You can also play other games well with it.

No idea but yes I think it could be enough for 144hz
Just take a look at tests on the 1660 Super and then subtract 3-6% because of the processor.
For 460 euro you really can't go wrong. The mainboard is a bit old, but when it comes to prices, it's hard to find better deals
