Why can't I use voice chat at Fortnite?

with me in Fortnite I can't speak and I don't hear my teammates. The voice chat is on. I selected my microphone and everything but it still doesn't work. The funny thing is that Discord doesn't work, but that's something else.

What you could do again to re-issue the voice chat. Then start again and then it could work. Otherwise, you may have to unplug the headset again, plug it in again, restart the PC and then test it again.

Ok, do you play on pc? Do you have a headset with 2 plugs (one for sound and one for micro)? Try normal inears or something. Does it work
